Q. How do I locate a particular document?
A. There are two ways to locate a document on the website. You can either browse the document list on the left hand side of the screen or you can use the search box also available on the left hand side of the screen.
If you are unable to find a specific document or are unsure about which document you might need for your particular circumstances please feel free to Contact me and I will assist you.

Q. How do I know it is the appropriate document for my purposes?
A. When purchasing a particular document, you will notice a 'Related links' section on the top right hand side of the page. These links provide additional information on the purpose of the particular documents and their application.

Q. In what format are the documents provided?
A. The documents available for purchase are provided in Word format and should be accessible with any word processing software.
Some of the free documents are also provided in Portable Document Files (PDF) and will require Adobe Acrobat to view. This can be downloaded for free.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. Payments can be made with a credit or debit card via the secure online payment provider Paypal. Holding an account with Paypal is optional - you will not be required to open an account to make payment.
Payment can also be made by cheque if preferred.
Q. How do I place an order/purchase a document?
A. If making online payment
Once you have found your desired document/s you simply need to click on the 'Order' button.
Depending on your computer configuration (cookies) you will be directed to one of two possible pages which appear as follows:
You will see the first screen if you have previously visited a Paypal site and a 'cookie' has been stored on your computer.
You will see the second page - credit/debit card payment form - if no Paypal cookie is stored on your computer.
If you have a Paypal account and would like to pay by this means both pages allow you to input your login details in the boxes provided. If you would prefer to pay via credit or debit card without registering for a Paypal account you can do so by selecting the 'Continue' button (first page) inputting your card details directly (second page).
Upon completion of the payment process you will be immediately directed to the download page to retrieve your purchased document/s. The link to the purchased document/s will also be sent via email.
If making payment via Cheque
If choosing to pay via personal cheque, please make the cheque payable to MISS JS Byrne and forward to:

When sending the personal cheque please also enclose a brief note stating:
- The document/s you are purchasing
- Your email address (send the purchased document/s to)
Q. Why is my email address required?
A. Your email address is required to send the purchase confirmation email and the document email enclosing the download link in the event that you are not immediately re-directed to the download page. DYW does NOT store email addresses or use them for unsolicited emails.

Q. Is the payment server secure?
A. Yes. Paypal is a worldwide payment provider operating completely secure servers. DYW does NOT retain or store credit/debit card details.

Q. When will I receive purchased document/s?
A. If making online payment you will be directed IMMEDIATELY to the download page to download the purchased documents. Additionally, within a few minutes of purchasing the document/s you should receive both a confirmation email and an email enclosing the download link for the documents.
If making payment by way personal cheque, your documents will be sent by way of email attachment once the cheque has cleared. This can range from between 4-7 working days depending on the bank.

Q. Why haven't I received my document/s?
A. Upon completion of the online payment process you should be immediately directed to the download page. If this was not the case it may be either;
- that insufficient time was given for the browser to change to the download page or;
- that there was a temporary problem with the download server
You should have also received an email enclosing the download link. If this was not received it may be that the email was filtered into your junk mail or spam folder.
If you have not been successful in locating the email or accessing the download page please Contact me with full details of the document/s purchased and I will locate the files for you.
