The form below allows you to request that the procedure for severing your joint tenancy be done on your behalf. The fee for this service needs to be paid upon completion of the form as it includes the charge for searching the Land Registry. You will be directed to the appropriate payment page once the form has been submitted.
The service includes:
- Search of Land Registry to ascertain if property registered/unregistered & to retrieve title number
- Completion of RX1 form (registered) or Memorandum of Conveyance (unregistered) (x2).
- Notice of Severance (x2)
- Addressed envelope to send to relevant Land Registry
- Covering Letter with instructions
- Postage costs
- Time spent drafting & printing documents
