This document expresses the Terms & Conditions of Use Agreement on which the user of The Site may use The Site and the forms provided through and by The Site. Personal Information

Acceptance of the Agreement automatically implies acceptance and agreement with The Site's Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Policy which have been incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Legal Relationship

No legal relationship is created by use of The Site or any forms provided through or by The Site with The Site, its owners, agents, representatives, partners or affiliates. A contractual and thus legal relationship is only created when express instructions are received whether electronically, by mail or by telephone.

Termination

In addition and without prejudice to any other legal or equitable remedies available, Draft-Your-Will.com may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason whatsoever.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England & Wales. Draft-Your-Will.com makes no representation that content on any part of The Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access any part of The Site from other locations do so on their own initiative. The Site may contain references to products or services not available in all countries.
